One Platform, Two Apps
WitSpace is a unified platform that ships two purpose-built applications:
Member App — Available on iOS, Android, and Web. Members can browse and book facilities, view their active memberships, track credit usage, chat with the community, message each other directly, and raise support tickets — without ever emailing your team.
Admin App — Every operational lever an operator needs. Manage entities and branches, configure every bookable or assignable facility, create membership plans with flexible entitlements, process bookings, handle tickets, and post community announcements. Available on iOS, Android, Web.
Both apps run on the same backend, the same data, and the same rules. Changes made in the Admin App are immediately reflected in what members see.
Eight Modules, One Coherent System
WitSpace ships eight integrated modules covering the full lifecycle of workspace operations:
- Branch & Facility Management — Model your space accurately. Classify every resource as Bookable, Assignable, Consumable, or Amenity and configure it with fine-grained rules.
- Booking Operations — Real-time conflict detection, entitlement enforcement, and booking lifecycle management from request through completion.
- Plans, Memberships & Entitlements — Flexible access control with free, credit-based, and paid entitlement modes. One plan can grant access to multiple facility types.
- Assignments & Consumable Usage — Assign dedicated desks or offices directly to members and track consumable resources like printing credits in real time.
- Member Roles & Invite Flows — Six-character invite codes, role scoping at both entity and branch level, and controlled onboarding.
- Community & Chat — Group threads, direct messaging, and announcements — all inside the member app, no third-party tools required.
- Support Ticketing — Full lifecycle ticket management: open, in-progress, and resolved. Visible to both operators and members.
- Push Notifications — Delivered on iOS, Android, and Web so members and staff stay informed without polling.
Built on Infrastructure You Can Trust
WitSpace uses Firebase Auth for identity — supporting Phone OTP, Google, Facebook, and Apple Sign-In. All API operations are schema-validated using Zod types generated from the shared data models. Nothing reaches Firestore without passing validation first.
Role-based access (superAdmin, admin, manager, user) is enforced at both the entity and branch level, so you can safely delegate without losing control.
What's Coming Next
The first wave of modules is live and running in production workspaces today. Our next phase focuses on three areas:
- Guest Management — Pre-registration, host approval flows, and QR-based check-in passes for day visitors.
- Ticketing Automation — SLA tracking, escalation rules, and automated status transitions.
- Analytics & Logging — A centralized dashboard for operational metrics and a full audit log of workspace activity.
We're also deep into Community Phase 2 — reactions, message search, and pinned announcements.
