Browse & Select
Members open the app, explore available facilities at their branch, and select the one they want. Each facility shows live availability, capacity, pricing, and all included amenities.
Pick Date & Time
Choose the booking type (hourly, daily, monthly, or annual), then pick a date and time. Only available slots are shown, updated in real time.
Confirm & Go
WitSpace checks entitlements, credit balance, and availability in one step. If everything clears, the booking is confirmed instantly and both parties are notified.

The bookings screen organises all reservations by status. Members see exactly what's happening with each reservation. No confusion, no surprises.

Every booking request checks existing reservations. Overlapping time slots are rejected instantly. No double-booking, no manual review required.
Entitlement Enforcement
Before confirming a booking, WitSpace validates the member's active membership entitlements. Access rules (free, credit-based, paid, or denied) are applied automatically.
Individual & Team Bookings
Bookings can be made by an individual member or on behalf of a team. Team bookings count against the shared membership quota.
Extend Bookings
Members can extend an ongoing or upcoming booking if the facility is available. Availability is checked before the extension is confirmed.
Cancel Anytime
Members can cancel upcoming bookings from the app. Cancelled bookings are kept in history so there's always a clear record.
History with Status Tabs
The bookings screen organises all reservations into four tabs (Ongoing, Upcoming, Completed, and Cancelled), giving members and admins full visibility at a glance.
