Once a plan is published, its rules are locked. Members who join that plan keep their original entitlements for the entire duration. No surprises, no retroactive changes.
Set exactly what every plan includes
Each facility in your space gets a specific access rule per plan. Define whether members get free access, a monthly quota, a credit allowance, pay-per-use, or no access at all.
Unlimited access to the facility at no cost. Perfect for amenities included across all plans, like common areas or shared equipment.
Access is granted up to a defined monthly quota, for example 10 meeting room bookings per month. Members see their usage in real time and are notified when the quota is reached.
Each use deducts a set number of credits from the membership balance. Members see their remaining credits at all times, so there are no unexpected limits.
Access is available for a per-use fee at the facility's listed price. Ideal for premium spaces or on-demand resources not covered by the base plan.
Access to this facility is not available on this plan. Members are informed clearly upfront. No confusion about what their plan covers.
From plan design to active membership
Create the Plan
Define the plan name, price, and duration. Start in draft mode. Adjust everything freely before publishing. No changes affect members until you go live.
Set Access Rules
For each facility in your space, choose an access rule: free, quota-based, credit-based, pay-per-use, or denied. These rules make up the complete plan offering.
Publish & Invite
Once published, the plan is available to members. Assign it manually or let members claim it themselves. Every member's entitlements are locked in at the moment they join.

Plans move from draft to published to archived. Only published plans are visible to members, keeping your offerings clean and intentional.
Membership Lifecycle
Memberships are created, activated on the start date, and expire or are terminated cleanly. Every status change is recorded with a full timestamp.
Live Entitlement Tracking
Members see a live progress indicator for each entitlement, for example '7 of 10 meeting room bookings used this month'. Credit balances update with every use.
Locked-In at Sign-Up
When a member joins a plan, their entitlements are locked to that version. Changes you make to the plan later never affect existing members.
Individual & Team Memberships
Memberships can belong to an individual member or to a team. Team memberships share a single quota and credit pool across all members.
